Product Change

If yours purchased product size or color does not suit, you can change it.

First product change is free of charge, We will pay for the services of a courier who will come to take the parcel.

Timing and form of exchange

• Products can be rexchanged within 365 days of receipt of your parcel.

• Changing the product you need to fill Open 24 online shop orders. In order to change the product, you’ll have to fill

out the return order and to make a new product order, which you want to change. Return form is available to registered online shop Users by clicking on the link in My orders.
• To change a product for free, you will have to use the courier services we have selected (DPD).
• Products must be changed in the original packaging and in the same state as they were shipped to the customer.
• Changed can be only the same, with different sizes or colors, products.
• Item exchange will take approx. 5 business days: at first returned item will be picked up and checked by us, and new item will be sent only after receiving and verifying the returned item.

Product appearance

Changed products will not be accepted if:

• They have been used (worn, etc.);
• They have been damaged;
• Their consumption properties have not been retained;

• They have lost their marketable appearance;
• Original labels have been removed from them.
